AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT® CLASSES

Awareness Through Movement® group classes are open to everyone and adaptable to various levels of experience. Learn to move with less pain and improve your daily function. The lessons are generally done on a mat, in a chair and flexible to your body’s needs.

FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION® PRIVATE LESSONS

Functional Integration® is a hands-on 1-1 approach that can improve your daily functioning and bring more comfort and ease to your daily activities. The lessons are generally on a table, with a chair and adaptable to your learning needs.
